About the event
Date: Saturday, July 13th
Time: 1 PM onwards
Location: Meet at Kenwood House Hampstead Heath (the side overlooking the lake) at 1 pm and we will walk to a closeby location together.
Exact location pin will be sent to the TRR community group on the day (to join, click this link)

What To Expect On The Day?
We will run a 60 min breathwork session (12 years and up) and then cruise into our vibey community social with music, and healthy food & drinks from sponsors! (all ages welcome!)
Expect to meet other epic and like-minded individuals in the community, to build new friendships, to release stress, get connected and have some summer fun!
