Lying comfortably on a yoga mat, wrapped in a blanket, you’ll be immersed in carefully curated soundscapes designed to awaken the subconscious and ignite profound transformation. As you breathe deeply and rhythmically, you may encounter a range of sensations, temperature changes, emotions, and powerful insights.

Light bodywork may be performed with your permission to enhance your experience, while more intense bodywork will only be provided if specifically requested by you. Our facilitators will offer unwavering support throughout, and after the session, you’ll join an integration circle to process and assimilate your experience. You will also have the opportunity to join our incredible community.
